Kite photographs from the water alongside vessels taking part in the Tall Ships Race 2011 while at Greenock docks. Skilfully piloted by Dan Baxter, and assisted by Kieran Duncan who took the photo looking up at the kite.
A great opportunity for some unusual kite photos from my brother's small yacht sailing off of the Scottish west coast. Sailing close to the wind created an even stronger apparent wind for kite flying, with the rare luxury of having some control over the speed and direction.
Some photographs and stitched panoramas from the Isle of Skye and the Scottish west coast. Unfortunately no wind for kite flying, apart from that the weather was stunning!
The castle and beach at Broughty Ferry, a great spot for KAP with clean offshore winds. I've left myself and the kite line in the right hand side of the frame.
